Dear Bieneck International customer,

A company called “Commercial Online Manuals” is apparently offering our customers inclusion in the “Expo Guide” catalogue for three years at a high annual cost.  Please be aware that neither B-FOR International nor any of the Show Organizers with whom we work is associated with this publisher or the “Expo Guide”, and we would like to bring to your attention that the offer from “Commercial Online Manuals” is misleading. The contract is formulated in such a way as to make it easy to sign up without realizing what one is committing oneself to, and the annual cost is only shown in small print.

As some of you may recall, I the past, a company called Construct Data Verlag (CDV) used the same method when offering exhibitors insertions in the “Fair Guide” catalogue. CDV was brought before the courts and found guilty of misleading marketing practices.  For more information, visit here.
